PRIVACY POLICY

Crane Family Vineyards recognizes and respects our customers’ privacy. We diligently protect the trust you have placed in us. We have developed a Privacy Policy to assure you that the information collected about you is only what is needed for conducting business and offering products and services that might be of interest to you. Our Policy: Federal and California state law requires us to request identification from each consumer to prove that you are of age to legally purchase alcohol. To process an order, we need your name, home or other physical address (business address preferred), including street name and name of city or town, email address, telephone number, date of birth and credit card information. We understand the sensitivity of this information and maintain our files on a secured server to protect against unauthorized access. Changes to your Personal Data: In the event you wish to change any of your personal information, please contact us by written notification to our email address at Info@CraneFamilyVineyards.com or call us at (707) 259-0175. We promise to never share any of your personal information with anyone.

SHIPPING POLICY

Wine shipping is a regulated by state governments. We are unable to ship to all states. Please call or email us to confirm that we can ship to your state. UPS  and FedEx Ground Service (carriers) are our shipping services of choice. If you desire an expedited means of shipping, please let us know at the time of your order. To ensure shipments arrive without delay we require you to provide us with a valid and regularly monitored email address to receive shipping notifications and tracking emails. We also require you to provide us with a mobile phone number. The signature of someone 21 years old or older is required for delivery. Delivery will not be made to a visibly intoxicated person. We strongly recommend shipping your wine to a business address to lower the risk of missed deliveries. Carriers will attempt delivery three times before returning a shipment to the winery. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the member. Wine is a perishable product. Missed deliveries and returns increase the risk of spoilage.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All sales are final and nonrefundable.  To ensure the quality of product, returns are not accepted.  All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older. Verification of age is required at the time of delivery. We recommend use of a business address to facilitate delivery of your purchase. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person. Failure to produce age verification forfeits the right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order may be held in storage at a local depot of the shipping company until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to the winery. All associated costs will be the responsibility of and will be charged to the member. Orders are normally processed within two business days of being received. WINE CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By joining Crane Family Vineyards Wine Club Membership, a new member is agreeing to receive correspondence from Crane Family Vineyards as it pertains to membership, member events, wine releases and special offers. A membership sign-up authorizes Crane Family Vineyards to charge the new member’s credit card for an initial membership allocation and includes a one-year commitment (minimum two membership allocations). Membership continues until member cancels in writing to info@CraneFamilyVineyards.com. Cancellation must occur prior to processing of club orders, generally seven days before shipment. It is the responsibility of the member to update Crane Family Vineyards with your personal information including credit card information, shipping address, email address and telephone number.

All membership wine purchases are non-refundable when the shipment has been processed. All wine orders must be placed by a person 21 years of age or older.
